Each month, we feature a video by a nationally known Catholic speaker for adult members of the parish to watch and discuss. The discussion will take place via Zoom on a Sunday and a Wednesday evening between Faith Formation L!VE gatherings.
April's sessions are April 25 at 6 pm or April 28 at 8:30 pm featuring special presenter, Justin Huyck. Justin is Pastoral Associate for Adult Faith Formation at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Canton, Ohio. In addition to parish ministry, Justin is a regular speaker and retreat leader with adults and teens, and author of two books. Watch this short message from Justin Huyck inviting you to join us.

Sunday Gospel Reflections
A great way to prepare for Sunday Mass is to read and reflect on, or discuss with your household, the Sunday readings. Even if a person doesn't get to the readings ahead of time, reflecting on them during the week following Mass can be a great way to live out the message we have heard proclaimed.
Below are short reflections on the readings for the next four Sundays. These are great tools for personal prayer and reflection, and also great tools to help lead a discussion about the readings among the members of your household.

Parish Connection

Easter Tree of Hope
Easter and spring bring new life. We witness new life in the Church with baptism water and sacraments to celebrate. Spring brings new life with green grass, new plants, baby animals and warmer weather. At our April gatherings we talked about new life after darkness. What hope does your family have for this Easter season? What are you looking forward to?
Households are invited to print the template below, or create your own paper Easter egg. Write your words or phrases of hope on it and decorate it. (There will also be templates available in the gathering space.) You can bring your egg and hang it on the Easter Tree of Hope when you come to Mass. Or you can return it to us by email or mail and we will hang it for you. Email a picture of your egg to Jenni.
